some items in the Matthew Mole Shop need a few extra days of production time. You will be notified at check out if you have any of these items in your order and how many extra days your order will take to get to you.

local orders:

orders will be charged R100ZAR for an express door-to-door courier service. 

all orders will arrive within 3-7 business days unless otherwise stipulated.

international orders:

all shipping fees are calculated at checkout however if you'd like to order more than 10 items you will be charged a higher shipping fee.

international shipping will take from 2 weeks to 3 months to arrive depending on how busy the posting system is. if you'd like an express door-to-door service please contact us on merch@matthewmole.co.za and we'll be happy to help!

in most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. 

you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.

matthew mole has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

we'd recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges, if you're wondering,  before you order. so that you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
